What You’ll Work On
Our Environmental team executes a wide range of field-driven projects, including:
Contaminated site remediation
Stormwater system installation and maintenance
Demolition and site clearing
Culvert installation and infrastructure work
Remedial treatment systems
No two days look the same - you’ll gain exposure to multiple scopes, equipment, and field conditions.
What You’ll Do
Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first job site
Support field operations across a variety of environmental construction projects
Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and clients
Assist with equipment operation, material handling, and site work
Wear required PPE, including respirators when necessary
Show up ready to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities

Recent project example: Our team completed a large-scale soil remediation and demolition project on the Washington coast, including:
Demolition of an abandoned fuel station and structures
Groundwater extraction and treatment
Excavation and removal of 5,000+ CY of contaminated soil
Site restoration with clean backfill
Removal and decommissioning of a 20,000-gallon underground storage tank

What You Bring
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
Capability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing, kneeling, crawling)
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles/equipment (preferred)
Team-first mindset with the ability to solve problems in the field
Preferred (Not Required - We’ll Help You Get There)
40-Hour HAZWOPER (and refresher)
Forklift certification
CPR / First Aid / AED
Bloodborne Pathogen training
TWIC card
Travel & Work Environment
Travel throughout the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID, MT)
Overnight travel is expected
Lodging + Per Diem Fully Covered
