The Construction Leadership Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Vice President and President of Construction while also enhancing the overall construction employee experience. This dynamic position involves overseeing administrative tasks, managing construction-related social media, and driving initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment.

Administrative Support:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Vice President and President of Construction.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Manage travel arrangements and logistics for construction-related events and meetings.
• Act as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist with project technology setup and execution.
• Assist with technology compliance reviews, communicating the results to the team.
• Attend monthly training sessions with project team members to gain insight into each region and project.

Social Media Management:
• Develop and maintain a strong presence on construction-related social media platforms.
• Create and curate content that highlights construction projects, achievements, and positive company culture.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and engage with the construction community.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall TDC company branding.

Employee Experience:
• Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition onto the TDC Construction team.
• Implement and manage ongoing employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Gather feedback and insights to improve employee satisfaction.
• Organize and coordinate construction team-building activities and events.
• Collaborate with HR to address employee concerns and support employee training and development initiatives.

Future TDC team members should have the following qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
​​​​​• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years or relevant experience.
• Experience being part of a team and successfully meeting goals.
• Must meet company background investigation, credit screening, and drug screening.
