SUMMARY
The Construction Lineman is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications infrastructure, including both aerial and underground fiber optic cables. This role involves working at heights, operating specialized equipment, and collaborating with a team to ensure the successful delivery of high-speed internet, voice, and data services. The Lineman must adhere to strict safety standards, troubleshoot network issues, and maintain accurate documentation. This position requires technical expertise, physical stamina, and a commitment to quality, directly impacting the reliability and efficiency of telecommunications services.
POSITION SCHEDULE AND ONSITE REQUIREMENTS
This is a direct-hire, full-time position that reports out of our Chapel Hill office and works throughout our Middle Tennessee footprint on a day-to-day basis.
