Reconstruction Manager – $100K+ Starting!

Compensation (Starting): $100,000 – $110,000+ (Base + Commission)

We’re not just restoring properties — we’re restoring lives. At ServPro, our reconstruction team is the final step in helping customers get back to normal, and we’re looking for a Reconstruction Manager who can take the lead and make it happen.

If you have over 5 years of experience in reconstruction project management, master both Xactimate & Simbility, and thrive on seeing a project through from the first handshake to the final walkthrough — we want you.

What You’ll Do

Oversee all phases of reconstruction projects, from estimation to completion

Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate and Simbility

Coordinate with adjusters, insurance reps, subcontractors, and clients

Keep projects on schedule, on budget, and on point for quality

Lead your team to success while maintaining strong industry relationships

What You Bring

5+ years of reconstruction project management experience

Advanced skills in Xactimate and Simbility

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Experience working closely with both restoration and insurance industry professionals
