About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CWRP Construction Manager with a strong background in civil and structural engineering. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities: 

• Project Management: Plan, coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.


• Site Supervision: Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring efficient workflow, safety compliance, and high-quality deliverables.


• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure all construction activities meet industry standards, codes, and project requirements.


• Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.


• Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project costs, manage resources, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize project efficiency.


• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5-7 years of construction management experience with a focus on civil/structural projects.


• Experience managing wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, concrete tank, or pipeline construction is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Wastewater Projects: Manage construction of wastewater treatment facilities, concrete tank, pipelines, or related infrastructure, ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Familiarity with building codes, standards (ACI, ASTM), and safety regulations.


• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.


• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and testing methods is preferred
