Construction Manager (Federal/GSA)

LRS Federal is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to join our team in Waco TX. This position will be responsible for leading construction and estimating for an upcoming project that would be supporting a large Federal project, prior experience working with the GSA or similar federal agency is highly preferred.

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education & Experience

• Education / Alternate Experience:
  
  
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  
  
  • OR a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience (subject to Government approval) in lieu of a degree.
  
  
  
  


• Years of Experience: Minimum of 7 years of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.


• Track Record: Must have successfully served as the primary Project Manager or in Estimating on at least three (3) projects of similar size and complexity.


• Specialized Experience: Experience with federal facilities or similarly regulated environments is preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP)


• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)


• Certified Healthcare Construction (CHC)


• Professional Engineer (PE)


• Registered Architect (RA)
