Construction Manager, Scaffolding and Instulation

Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. We are seeking a Scaffold & Insulation Manager, to be based in Cameron, LA:

Position Overview:

The Scaffold & Insulation Manager will provide strategic leadership and managerial oversight to project activities and is responsible for achieving safe, cost effective, timely and contractually compliant project results. The role will also require effective communication to Project and Executive Management for timely decision making and incorporation of stake holder input. This new position will be based at our project site in Cameron, LA.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

• Lead a Safe work culture.


• Maintain comprehensive records of documentation for erected and dismantled scaffold quantities.


• Monitor EPC Contractor and Subcontractor craft labor levels


• Analyze worker or production problems


• Report on project status, performance, constraints and issues to Project Management


• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant managerial experience in major Oil & Gas Engineering and Construction projects.


• Experience with LNG Liqeufaction or Combined Cycle Power Generation projects preferred.


• Ability to perform multiple tasks and work within project deadlines, and adjust as priority changes occur.


• Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to efficiently summarize and prioritize information.


• Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
