Construction Manager/Estimator/Superintendent

We are searching for a motivated team member who wants to have an impact at a growing construction company:

• Manage, plan, and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met.
• Develop detailed project schedules and coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient and timely completion.
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for bids and proposals, considering all relevant factors such as labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor quotes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to review project plans, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and estimating.
• Extensive knowledge of construction best practices, techniques, and codes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
