The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.
We are seeking an experienced Office Engineer to support a high-profile improvement program at LAX focused on enhancing the passenger experience throughout the Central Terminal Area. This role offers the opportunity to work on a major airport infrastructure initiative involving design, construction, document control, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Maintain project records and document control systems
Coordinate with contractors, designers, and project stakeholders
Support project meetings by preparing agendas and meeting minutes
Assist with project reporting and status updates
Work within PM Web and other project management systems
Create exhibits and presentation materials using electronic project files
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of construction, engineering, or project controls experience
Experience supporting large construction projects valued at $50M+
Familiarity with document control, RFIs, submittals, and construction administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
PM Web experience is highly preferred
Airport project experience is strongly preferred
