About Us:
We are a third-generation, family-owned construction company specializing in steel-wood hybrid buildings. Our work includes erecting steel frames, installing wood purlins and girts, and completing exterior finishes like metal siding, roofing, and trims. We also frame out and install walk doors, windows, and overhead doors.

What We Offer:
Competitive Pay ($60-80K)
Full-Time Position (Monday Friday, occasional Saturdays as needed)
Home Every Night! Projects stay within a 75-mile radius
Company Vehicle to Job Sites (Meet at the office, drive together)
Drive Time Paid One Way for Crew; Both Ways for Driver

Your Role:
As a Construction Crew Foreman, you will:
️ Lead a team in the construction of steel-wood hybrid buildings
️ Ensure quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and job site safety
️ Read and interpret blueprints and plans
️ Coordinate materials, schedules, and job assignments
️ Daily planning of Project Progression and completing all required paperwork
️ Train and mentor crew members to maintain high standards
️ Communicate effectively with project managers and clients

What Were Looking For:
️ Proven Experience as a Construction Foreman (minimum 2+ years)
️ Skilled in Framing, Sheet Metal Work, Roofing, and Carpentry
️ Ability to read and understand blueprints
️ Strong leadership and communication skills
️ Familiar with OSHA safety regulations (OSHA 10 or willing to obtain within 6 months)
️ Takes pride in their work and motivates their team
️ Reliable transportation to get to the shop each morning (Class E/Chauffeur License minimum)

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):
️ Bilingual (English/Spanish)
️ Additional OSHA Certifications
️ Commercial project experience
️ CDL
