Overview:
The Operations Manager will oversee construction projects by acting as a liaison between the Retro project management team and field staff, as well as the customer’s project staff. Key responsibilities include maintaining project budgets, controlling costs, and mitigating financial risks. The role also involves managing schedules, coordinating scope of work, and ensuring subcontractor obligations are met according to contract requirements, project specifications, and Retro standards. The Operations Manager will ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication between field staff and the project management team. Additionally, insulation services may be performed as required.
