Construction Parts Buyer & Sales Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Construction Parts Buy & Sales Specialist to optimize and scale our sales processes, systems, and performance. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by providing data-driven insights, improving purchasing and sales efficiency and accuracy, and aligning cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor with experience in managing high-performing sales operations teams. This role offers a clear path to leadership, with the opportunity for the right candidate to progress once they have demonstrated their capabilities and are fully confident in their responsibilities.

Pay $60,000-$65,000 a year

Key Responsibilities:

• · Source and order parts for light construction equipment
  · Assist contractors with parts and product recommendations
  · Build long-term customer and vendor relationships
  · Maintain inventory levels and process purchase orders
  · Support service team and ensure parts availability
