  • Integrate data from multiple systems including SAP, Primavera P6, WinTrak, and Power BI.
  • Identify and resolve data integrity issues across platforms.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to reporting processes and data workflows.
  • Support earned value management (EVM) tracking and analysis to monitor project health.
  • Assist in risk analysis and scenario planning using schedule and cost data.
  • Ensure compliance with agency and client reporting standards and protocols.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to present schedule and cost performance updates.
  • Provide technical documentation and training materials to support system use and reporting standards.
  • Support the migration and integration of legacy system data into modern platforms.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in design and/or construction management, preferably within infrastructure or transportation sectors.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6; experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SAP, WinTrak, and Power BI for data extraction and visualization.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining monthly cost-loaded schedules.
  • Ability to explain and present two past projects that showcase your experience with cost loading schedules for monthly reporting purposes.
  • Experience working on large-scale transportation or infrastructure programs.
  • Familiarity with public agency reporting requirements and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
