We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who will take ownership of project support, anticipate team needs, and help drive projects from startup through closeout. This individual will play a key role in keeping projects organized, on track, and moving forward—partnering closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents to manage documentation, coordinate meetings and schedules, track submittals and changes, and ensure clear communication across teams.
The Project Coordinator will bring experience in project coordination or construction support, along with strong organization, communication, and time management skills. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual takes ownership of their work, builds strong relationships, and is comfortable using technology and project systems to support successful project delivery.
