Construction Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a commercial-scale solar installation project, encompassing both rooftop and carport systems. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction to ensure the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with safety and regulatory requirements. This role requires proactive coordination across multiple sites and stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on communication, accountability, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of solar construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.


• Oversee construction activities across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to timelines, safety protocols, and quality expectations.


• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams to drive smooth project execution.


• Monitor and manage project scope, budget, and schedule with regular documentation and reporting.


• Identify potential risks early and implement corrective actions as needed.


• Enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.


• Drive on-site productivity and accountability through consistent communication and structured reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction project management experience, ideally within solar, electrical, or renewable energy sectors.


• Demonstrated success managing complex or multi-site construction projects.


• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.


• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.


• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
