Summary/Objective
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of medium to large-scale construction projects from planning through closeout. This role provides strategic direction, field oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure all project activities are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The Construction Project Manager builds and manages high-performing project teams, oversees labor and resource allocation, and maintains strong relationships with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders. This leader drives project performance by managing risk, ensuring clear communication, and upholding the organization’s culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position also involves working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow. Travel to onsite work locations is required, both within the state and occasionally out of state. Reliable transportation and flexibility with travel schedules are essential. All necessary safety equipment and training will be provided to ensure a secure and productive work environment.
Physical Demands
This role requires the individual to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. This role requires the individual to make substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers often. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; and/or extensive reading.
Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions year-round. Responsibilities include frequent lifting and carrying of materials or equipment weighing up to 75 lbs, regular climbing and working from ladders, and extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.

Travel to local job sites as well as up to 25% overnight travel required.
