Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Luxury Residential Project Manager to lead high-end custom home builds and renovations across the Austin area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing upscale residential projects, coordinating with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure flawless execution from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple luxury residential projects simultaneously with budgets ranging from $2M to $20M+
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure delivery on time and within budget
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and high-end subcontractors
- Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining exceptional communication and delivering a white-glove experience
- Coordinate procurement of premium materials, finishes, and fixtures, ensuring alignment with design intent
- Lead regular site meetings and provide clear progress updates to all stakeholders
- Manage permitting, inspections, and compliance with local Austin building codes and regulations
- Identify risks proactively and develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs


Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of experience managing luxury residential construction projects, preferably in Austin or similar markets
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-end custom homes or renovations
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards for luxury homes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and partners
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
- Understanding of Austin’s building codes, zoning, and permitting processes
- Ability to work independently and lead teams with confidence and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required
