Compensation:
$115K - $130K Bonus
14 days PTO + 7 Company Holidays

Qualifications:
7+ years experience managing restaurants, retail, fitness clubs, and hospitality projects as large as $5M.
Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands.
Strong ability to manage and direct others.
Self-starter and planner, able to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
Ability to supervise and lead a construction team to a successful completion.
