Lehigh Valley commercial construction company is actively seeking to hire a project manager for a full-time permanent staff role. Commercial construction project experience is required.

Requirements

• Four (4) years or more of commercial construction experience with relevant project experience (Mixed Use, Commercial office buildings, Academic, Hospital, Institutional, Healthcare, Corporate Headquarters, Higher Education, etc.).
• Ground up experience
• Experience running multiple projects of varying size and scope at a given time
• Excellent communication skills with subcontractors
• Experience creating & executing scope of work and schedules
• Salary is open dependent upon experience
• College Degree a plus, NOT required
• Projects are based in the local Northeastern PA area.
