Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of industrial construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or changes in scope, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate work progress and quality.
• Manage project documentation and maintain organized records of contracts, change orders, and correspondence.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years (preferrably 6-8) of experience in Industrial Construction Project Management or related roles.
• Experience as an Industrial Electrical or Mechanical PM.
• Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management software; experience with Procore is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
