Construction Project Manager - Rapid Progression

Ultimate Staffing is searching for a strong Construction Project Manager in Fort Lauderdale. Knowledge of the roofing industry is a must. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Project Workflow and Schedule daily.

Add new projects to the construction project schedule (Outlook Calendar) and update as changes occur

Coordinate meetings among project stakeholders such as Pre-Construction Planning, Introductory Site Visits, Client Meetings as required.

You own billings and collections for your assigned projects.

Provide accurate project updates, forecasts, and explanations for each project assigned to you. Reported on a weekly basis.

Provide consistent communication with each client on your assigned projects.

Review materials list and purchase orders for accuracy.

Manage all field runners and warehouse assistant.

Manage and coordinate all communication and work with all subcontractors.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Good communicator- Bilingual Spanish is a must!

Organized, detailed and thorough in planning and execution

Team / role / substitute player that will do whatever needs to be done to get the project completed

Possesses a high set of moral and ethical standards both in business dealings and in personal life

Computer literate (must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Word & Excel)

Must have excellent math and language (both written and verbally) skills

Can multi-task and is a self-starter

5+ years in the roofing industry
