Job Overview We are seeking a new Construction Project Superintendent to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. As a Construction Project Superintendent, you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever evolving project needs. This opportunity will be located at our client project site in Orange County and our Orlando, FL office and could have potential to be hybrid depending on the specific client, project and team needs. Key Responsibilities
Direct all on‑site construction activities for crews, subcontractors and vendors to maintain steady progress and alignment with project goals
Develop and manage daily work plans, sequencing and logistics to keep the project on schedule and minimize operational impacts
Maintain a strong field presence to monitor work quality, resolve issues quickly and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
Lead daily coordination meetings, toolbox talks and shift‑start briefings to align all teams on priorities and safety expectations
Oversee site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment movement, access control and staging areas
Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for client project managers, facility operations, engineering and safety representatives
Communicate daily progress, field conditions, risks and schedule impacts clearly and proactively to client stakeholders
Coordinate work windows, operational constraints and guest‑facing considerations with client operations to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing activities
Participate in joint site walks, inspections and progress reviews with client teams to maintain alignment on quality, safety and project standards
Respond promptly to client questions, directives and evolving priorities, ensuring field execution reflects client’s expectations and brand standards
Support collaborative problem‑solving by bringing forward constructability concerns, alternative approaches and mitigation strategies for client review
Required Qualifications
OSHA 10-Hour minimum
3–5 years of progressive field experience in commercial construction, with at least 1–3 years in a superintendent role
Proven experience managing complex, multi‑trade projects with tight schedules
Background in hospitality, theme parks, entertainment, or resort construction is highly valuable
Strong understanding of construction means and methods across all major trades
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and shop drawings
Proficiency with project management and field software (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam)
Experience working in operational environments where public safety and guest experience are critical
Familiarity with night work, phased renovations and work in occupied facilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms
Have good to great organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
First Aid/CPR certification
Additional safety credentials such as STSC, CHST or equivalent are a plus

Salary Range: $89,440-105,040, Ardmore Roderick is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
