A pioneer and one of the top companies in the construction industry is currently looking for an experienced Construction Recruiter to join their growing team. To assist our HR team in identifying hiring requirements and filling job opportunities, we are searching for a committed recruiter. A recruiter's duties include spotting potential hiring needs, creating job descriptions, finding individuals using databases and social media, holding interviews, submitting paperwork, and staying up to speed on employment law and legislation. Additionally, you should watch over both new and current workers and represent them.

Construction Recruiter Responsibilities
Utilize our internal database and websites for professional networking to locate, contact, and engage with potential applicants and job seekers
Deliver job/career coaching: Prepare for interviews, prepare/advise on giving notice, review and help with resume construction, debrief after the interview to determine interest level, help with "Thank you Email" writing and editing, and navigate to find the best employment fit for each candidate
By phoning potential candidates for open positions on a cold and warm line, you may build and maintain relationships with your network. Work directly with management to connect job seekers with openings and to discuss compensation and perks
Directing internship schemes
Maintaining knowledge of and enforcing compliance with current laws and regulations governing employment
Giving team managers recruiting reports
Construction Recruiter Qualifications
Bachelors are preferable
Powerful communicator who has no fear of being rejected
It's helpful to have some sales experience, but it's not necessary
Professional and well-mannered who gets along with others
Strong interpersonal abilities.
Decent decision-making abilities
Good understanding of employment law and regulations
