Specializing in masonry and concrete restoration as well as preventative waterproofing of buildings and structures, we have offices across the country, including right here in Little Rock (Mabelvale), Arkansas!

What You'll Do

We are seeking a dependable and organized Sales Project Manager to support our Little Rock team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating existing client relationships, providing client proposals and bids, and overseeing the project execution to ensure safety and quality. You'll work closely with our field operations team and travel frequently to job sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, a natural relationship builder, and thrives on delivering successful projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support branch marketing initiatives and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Actively develop business through networking and promoting Western's services with architects, owners, engineers, and general contractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Perform blueprint and site takeoffs, create detailed estimates, and develop accurate project proposals.
• Administer project contracts, schedules, cost tracking, and quality control.
• Coordinate closely with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure labor, project timelines, and client needs are being met.
• Document and communicate project changes and change orders.
• Prepare client invoices and support collection efforts as needed.
• Build strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Represent Western in industry organizations and events.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Proven customer service mindset
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Experience in concrete, waterproofing, and/or masonry
