Job Description - Construction Sales Representative


Culinary Depot, a leading provider of commercial kitchen equipment and design solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Construction Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for driven sales professionals with a strong background in construction sales who excel at building strategic relationships, managing complex project cycles, and delivering value to general contractors, developers, and foodservice clients. We offer a base salary of $90,000 – $115,000 plus performance-based bonus, along with significant growth opportunities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with general contractors, architects, developers, and key decision-makers in the commercial construction and foodservice industries.

  • Review architectural drawings, kitchen layouts, and specifications to identify opportunities and prepare accurate equipment bids and proposals.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while leveraging an existing network of construction and foodservice contacts.

  • Represent Culinary Depot professionally during client meetings, site visits, presentations, and industry events.

  • Collaborate with internal project managers, design teams, and operations staff to ensure seamless project execution from proposal through installation and final completion.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through consultative selling and disciplined pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in construction sales.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.

  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility.

  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles and negotiating project-based contracts.
