Construction Scheduler - Hybrid

Armand Corporation, an award-winning M/WBE Construction Management firm celebrating over 33 years in the industry, is seeking a full-time Scheduler with construction experience in the New York City, NY area.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in the field of construction as a full-time Scheduler, with demonstrated projects they have worked on relating to an array of general construction projects..

This is a full-time, hybrid position in New York, NY..

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Experience in the developing of logical sequencing of the work, contract durations and phasing.
• Ability to work closely with clients, laborers, and project managers to successfully schedule and coordinate all phases of the construction process.
• Ability and the understanding to fully utilize the computer program Primavera/Expedition.
• Experience in the review and analysis of claims, time extensions, and impact on costs.
• Perform related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Associates' degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to construction required, advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Certification in Procore strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience working directly as a full-time Scheduler involved in an array of general construction projects across the New York City Metropolitan area.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, Procore, and similar construction scheduling software required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal/written communication skills
