We’re seeking an experienced Scheduler IV to support a large-scale capital improvement program with the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD).
Salary Range: $160K/Year-$175K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project schedules aligned with execution strategies
Review contractor schedules for accuracy, compliance, and quality
Perform time impact analysis (TIA) for delays and claims
Analyze change orders and schedule impacts
Conduct critical path and earned value analysis
Review recovery schedules and recommend corrective actions
Participate in change order negotiations
Perform cost analysis and cash flow projections
Visit project sites and report progress to leadership
Prepare and present schedule reports and recommendations
10+ years of scheduling experience on large construction programs
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Advanced experience with: Primavera (P6), MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong knowledge of
Critical Path Method (CPM)
Time Impact Analysis (TIA)
Construction claims and change orders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
