Construction Senior Project Manager
A Top National ENR General Contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager who has experience on federal construction projects.

Projects consist of renovation and ground up vertical construction and range between $30M-$800M. This firm has a regional focus in the Hampton Roads area and plenty of work in backlog. Additional opportunities available for Project Engineers, Superintendents and QC’s in Hampton Roads, Maryland and North Carolina!
Responsibilities
·

Complete P&L responsibility of all aspects of the construction project(s).
·

Negotiate subcontracts, manage costs, work with owner & architect, maintain relationships with owner, A/E, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
·

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 7-10 years of project management experience on vertical construction experience while working for a general contractor.
·

Experience on federal construction projects in excess of $20M with either NAVFAC or USACE clients.

Design Build experience is preferred.
Compensation: $120K-$150K/year, depending on experience. Relocation and/or housing allowance will be offered to the selected candidate if not local. Bonus potential, car allowance, benefit package to include healthcare.
