We are working with a leader in the Construction industry focusing on multi-family, mixed use, healthcare, etc., seeking a Senior Superintendent with the ability to uphold the highest quality standards. Currently they are working on a high-profile, fast-moving wood frame project and future projects will be spotlight projects that are unique in terms of design and constructability.
Position Title: Senior Superintendent
The Senior Superintendent is responsible for the overall direction of field operations, completion schedules, and labor budget outcome of their construction project, including any Specialty Department work. They will direct and supervise all field personnel and all subcontractors on the jobsite effectively to bring the project to a successful completion. Our superintendents establish a positive and effective work relationship with the members of the Project Team.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of verifiable project superintendent experience in multi-family, student housing, retail, health care, and educational construction projects is preferred for this position. HS Diploma or equivalent will be considered with enough industry experience.
- Stick Frame experience is a MUST
- Safety Training - OSHA 30 required
- Procore experience highly preferred
