The Site Director in Los Alamos, NM is responsible for leading all on-site construction operations for large, complex federal and commercial projects, ensuring successful execution from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees project teams, subcontractors, safety compliance, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Site Director is accountable for driving performance, managing risk, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with the companies high standards for safety, craftsmanship, and operational excellence.
