Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily construction site activities and supervise workers and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.

Monitor project progress, schedules, and material deliveries.

Maintain quality standards and resolve on-site issues.

Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and project managers.

Prepare progress reports and ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction site management.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
