Work Setting:

100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Norfolk, NE (required);
• Construction management experience (5+ Years);
• Solar utility experience (400+ megawatts project);
• Substation and battery component experience;
• Project site management experience;
• Large-scale commercial solar experience;
• Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities :
• Mechanical scope management, to include schedules and engineering interface;
• Civil scope management, to include schedules and engineering interface;
• Work collaboratively with resources and sub-suppliers in various disciplines to determine project priorities, schedules, and work plans to meet milestones;
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly on progress, quality control, and safety;
• Record, name, and upload Mechanical and Civil installation QC photographs;
• Facilitate process with parties on request for information and design change notifications;
• Ensure projects are efficiently, effectively, and safely implemented in accordance with department procedures, local regulations, contracts, and policies
