About the Role

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) is seeking experienced Paramedics to serve as Occupational Health Clinicians on an active construction site. These full-time positions focus on injury triage, first aid, workplace wellness, safety support, and occupational health services in a proactive, team-oriented environment.

We are currently hiring for both day and night shift Site Lead Paramedic positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses


• Provide follow-up care and maintain accurate EMR documentation


• Conduct drug screens, new hire testing, and health assessments


• Support workplace safety initiatives, site walks, and stretch-and-flex programs


• Collaborate with site safety teams and project leadership


• Maintain clinic supplies and equipment


• Deliver exceptional service to employees and clients

Qualifications

• Current Paramedic license (or ability to obtain state licensure)


• Current ACLS certification


• OSHA-30 (company provided within 90 days)


• Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience


• Occupational health, emergency medicine, or industrial experience preferred


• Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills


• Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs regularly (100+ lbs occasionally), bend, climb, kneel, and work outdoors in varying conditions.

This job is scheduled to start in early December 2026.
