Compensation is based on relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Facilitating and managing all aspects of day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
This is a hands-on, multi-discipline position that requires superior organization and communication skills, as well as strict attention to detail.
Applicants must be positive, problem-solving team players while overseeing our team of subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years of relevant work experience in high-end RESIDENTIAL construction/ renovation/restoration
- Ability to deliver projects on-time and on-schedule by effectively coordinating subcontractors and suppliers all while balancing the needs of our clients
- Knowledge of applicable best building practices and safety protocols
-Computer savvy including MS Office
- Ability to read and understand construction documents, drawings and related-
- Ability to scope develop, provide take-offs and related
