Construction Site Supervisor

Manufacturing company in Raleigh is looking for an industrial Construction Site Supervisor to be responsible for preconstruction site evaluations, construction personnel, quality of construction and method of construction. Responsibilities include:

- Performing evaluation of site for constructability of projects

- Working with project managers on field installation schedules and personnel for projects

- Provide coaching and guidance to employee's when needed

- Working with all departments to streamline the installation of projects

- Performing evaluation of site for logistics

- Training employees to meet company standards

- Responsible for onsite quality of construction

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience supervising commercial construction projects

- 5+ years of experience working with refrigeration and HVAC systems on a large scale

- Experience with environmental chambers or similar large systems

- Comfortable with frequent travel
