Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
Full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional off-hours based on project needs.
Job Summary
The Construction Superintendent oversees project execution from quote to closeout, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability. This leadership role balances field operations and project planning while serving as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day installation team operations and timelines
- Manage quotes and cost estimates aligned with profitability goals
- Coordinate resources, timelines, and team assignments
- Conduct job inspections and enforce quality control
- Lead internal communication across estimating and field teams
- Maintain strong customer relationships and issue resolution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project or construction superintendent
- Deep knowledge of DFH (door/frame/hardware), ADA, and access technologies
- Familiarity with Autodesk, Microsoft Office, Zoom
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
