Construction Superintendent

Conserva Resources, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent for our Civil Construction division, specializing in transit and infrastructure projects. As a key player in delivering high-quality construction services, you will oversee multiple facets of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. We are looking for someone with a robust background in civil construction, particularly experience in transit or infrastructure projects, to lead our on-site teams effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and laborers, maintaining strong relationships while fostering a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for transit or infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project timelines and ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement timely solutions to avoid delays.
• Provide leadership and direction to construction crews, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Prepare daily reports on project progress, schedule adherence, resource allocation, and any challenges encountered.
• Ensure all construction materials and activities comply with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability for on-site operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, with specific experience in transit or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and effective team management.
• Deep knowledge of construction practices, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools for project tracking and documentation.
• Must have New York or New Jersey work experience

Salary: $275,000 - $350,000 + Bonus
