Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple construction projects across various locations, including Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various job sites to supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.


• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.


• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.


• Ensure adherence to quality control and safety protocols.


• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.


• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.


• Collaborate with project teams to optimize construction processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably with traveling assignments.


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel frequently.


• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
