Our clients include NYS Office of General Services, Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, NYC Health + Hospitals, State University of New York, NYC Department of Design and Construction, NYC Parks & Recreation, NYC School Construction Authority, NYC Economic Development Corporation, Battery Park City Authority, and NYS Parks, Recreations and Historic Preservation.

POSITION – Construction Superintendent (MEP)
LOCATION – On Site in Long Island (Nassau County, N.Y.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Supervise, coordinate, schedule, and manage all phases of the project.
Requires a strong background in overseeing projects with historical restoration and complex MEP infrastructure (geothermal well/heat, solar power, commercial swimming pools.)
Possess keen Project Management skills to mentor and develop staff.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other technical degree strongly desired.
Perform site walkthroughs and contractor coordination.
Exhibit exceptional problem solving and communication skills.
Possess strength in project management software including Submittal Exchange, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
5+ years of Construction Management (buildings/pool/parks) MEP experience.
Proficient knowledge of Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel.
OSHA 30 Hour Certified and maintain safety and compliance.
You will be required to have dependable transportation to travel to the jobsite in Wantagh, NY.

PAY RATE: $50.00-$70.00/Hourly Salary (This may vary depending on education and experience)
