Construction Supervisor

Cedar Park Group is seeking an experienced and driven Construction Supervisor to oversee projects up to $10 million in value. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in construction management, strong leadership skills, and be highly proficient in Procore software. This is a full-time, on-site position with no weekend hours, offering long-term stability with a well-established company.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  Supervise all phases of construction from start to finish

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site schedules

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor project progress and report updates to management

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain compliance with safety standards and building codes

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure quality workmanship and timely project delivery

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize Procore for documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and teams effectively

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience managing projects valued up to $10 million

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Procore construction management software

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  
  

Preferred:

• 
  

  OSHA 30 certification

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in both commercial and institutional construction settings
