Overview of the Role:

Step into a pivotal role overseeing civil and structural aspects of cutting-edge solar plant construction projects. As the Owner's representative, you'll ensure adherence to the highest standards of Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Performance while contributing to America's clean energy future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Owner's representative for solar plant construction oversight
• Review and ensure compliance with safety documents, policies, and SWPPP permits
• Conduct daily field walks and QA/QC inspections with construction crews
• Monitor contractor performance and adherence to contractual commitments
• Review civil/mechanical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Attend safety meetings, craft tailgates, and management meetings
• Complete inspections in Unifier system and track action items
• Coordinate with EPC contractors and third-party stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of industrial experience in Civil and Structural construction
• Ability to comprehend construction drawings and technical specifications
• Strong people management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in schedule planning, progress reporting, and communication
• Computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data management systems
• Experience with QA/QC inspections and construction oversight
