Primary Responsibilities: The construction superintendent is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the construction mechanical and electrical crews.

Provide leadership to the construction mechanical maintenance and electrical teams
Lead efforts to achieve world-class goals: safety, quality, schedule, cost performance, team development, and compliance
Develop and maintain a workforce that is experienced, motivated, and committed to organizational objectives
Serve as key resource and point of contact between facility leadership, project managers, and engineers on project work.
Implement, monitor, and drive project scheduling and completion
Lead meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates while addressing issues and resolving conflicts as needed
Job Experience: A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.
5+ years of proven ability in leadership
In-depth knowledge of construction and maintenance principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Maximo.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, construction management, or related field, preferred
Familiarity with blueprints, Auto-CAD, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
