Job Description - Construction Technician

We are currently seeking a hard-working, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our Emergency Services Department. The ideal candidate will assist in packing, transportation, cleaning, and mitigation of property damage impacted by disasters such as fire, water, and mold. This role also offers potential for growth into a management position, overseeing team members and ensuring project success.

A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

Contents restoration and structural cleaning

Packing and repacking household items

Performing board-ups, tarping, demolition, and debris removal

Water mitigation and carpet cleaning

Delivering restored goods to homeowners

Occasional night and weekend work on an on-call schedule

Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Able to lift 50–75 lbs on a regular basis

Available to work 40+ hours per week

Clean criminal background check and the ability to pass a drug test

Customer-focused with a strong work ethic and reliability

Experience with demolition, restoration, construction, or box truck driving is a plus

Recent high school graduates with a hands-on attitude are encouraged to apply
