  Demo, Prep & Reconstruction: Controlled tear-out; light framing; drywall/texture/paint; doors/trim/windows; cabinets/counters/backsplash; flooring; minor exterior repairs
  
  
  


• 
  Fixtures & Hardware: Basic resets for sinks/faucets/toilets and light fixtures/switch plates; install bath accessories and blinds (within permitted scope)
  
  
  


• 
  Customer Comms & Coordination: Protect the home, give clear status updates, coordinate subs/inspections, pick up and stage materials
  
  
  


• 
  Closeout & Documentation: Punch-list, final clean, before/after photos, and task updates in DASH/Buildertrend 📸📲
  
  
  


• 
  Safety & Site Standards: Safe tool operation, OSHA/ladder basics, and maintaining a clean, organized jobsite ✅
  
  
  

• 
  3+ years construction/laborer experience
  
  
  


• 
  5+ years carpentry experience (finish work a plus)
  
  
  


• Proficiency with standard construction tools and safe operation
  
  
  


• Professional communication with customers and teammates 🤝
