Job Description - Construction Tradesman

SERVPRO –Colorado Springs SE is an industry leading water, mold, and large loss fire restoration company. SERVPRO quickly responds to property damage emergencies ranging from multimillion-dollar disasters to those suffered by individual businesses and homes.

We need someone who is experienced in doing drywall.

COMPENSATION: $20-25/Hr.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Superb customer service track record

Experience in restoration and/or construction

Knowledge and skills to perform various construction services as needed (Specifically doing drywall)

Must be willing to be on call occasionally due to our 24-hour emergency services/ Some night and weekend work are required

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform daily field work including drywall, paint, trim, cabinetry, rough and finish carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.

Inventory and load vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies needed for the job.

Assist with managing subcontractors

Pick up and deliver material supplies.

Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.

Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance at the end of each day.
