We are hiring Skilled Construction Workers for full-time positions in Cherokee, IA, and Pender, NE. This is an on-site role with a pay rate of $1 8to $24 per hour, depending on experience. About the Role
As a Skilled Construction Worker, you will be part of a team that values hard work, safety, and quality. You will perform a variety of construction tasks, including site preparation, equipment operation, and general labor. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities
You will work on multiple job sites, performing tasks such as preparing sites, operating tools and equipment, and assisting with construction projects. You will collaborate with your team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Safety is a priority, so you will follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.

This role requires reliability and a strong work ethic. You will need to communicate effectively with your team and supervisors, and you must be able to work in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-hire drug screen are required.

Schedule
