Job Description - Construction Worker

Company: Romero Roofing & Siding

Are you a hardworking and skilled individual looking for a fulfilling career in the construction industry? Look no further than Romero Roofing & Siding! We are a successful and growing company in need of dedicated Construction Workers to join our team.

As a Construction Worker at Romero Roofing & Siding, you will play an integral role in building and renovating homes and commercial properties. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals, learning and mastering various construction techniques and using state-of-the-art tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of roofing, siding, and other exterior features
Measure and cut materials according to blueprints and project specifications
Erect scaffolding and ladders to reach higher areas
Remove old materials and debris from construction sites
Operate power tools and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of construction experience preferred
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
OSHA certification a plus, but not required
