King Builders LLC, a family-owned and operated business since 1976, is looking for a Construction Worker to drive our crew. If you have a clean driving record, aptitude, or experience in general construction, framing, or remodeling, and want to join a great team, consider applying for this position. Our Ideal Construction Worker:

• Experience: Must know how to drive a truck & trailer. Willing to provide on-the-job construction training for entry-level candidates.
• Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid PA License and a clean driving record for the past 3 years. Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Active: This position requires using hand tools & equipment, physical work, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Positive: Your experience is not as important as your attitude. We are looking for someone friendly, a good team player, and a consistent worker.
• Team Player: We all work together and support each other in performing the quality work our customers have come to expect.
• Safety-Conscious: High priority on following and enforcing safety guidelines on job sites. Respectful and safe driver.
• Reliable & Punctual: We meet at the shop each morning at 5:50 am. As the driver, you must be on time so we can leave for the job site promptly.
• Conscientious: Cares about work quality & takes pride in work. Do your part to ensure the job is done right, and use equipment respectfully.
• Motivated: We're willing to teach you if you have an aptitude for construction and want to learn the trade. But we're also very open to considering those already skilled in construction.
