Construction/Trade Assistant

General Description

Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.  Assists in a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.  Keeps worksites clean.  Works under the close directions of supervisors.

1-year experience working in construction

Essential Functions

-Complete assignments given by supervisor 

-General labor on worksites

-Cleaning worksites

-Proficiency with basic tools

-Material Handling

Work Environment

-Can be outside in cold and heat for extended periods

-Can work in noisy construction environments

-Can safely navigate uneven terrain

-Can drive in city traffic

Physical Demands

-Driving medium size work vehicles

-Can lift and carry 50lbs
