This position is open in Tallinn and Tartu.
You will:
- Perform desk research and analyze quantitative and qualitative data and support feasibility studies;
- Work with statistical databases;
- Help produce visually appealing and well-structured reports and presentations on different topics;
- Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops;
- Collaborate with consultants and senior analysts on project tasks;
- Contribute to the development of proposals.
Requirements:
- Top-performing student or recent graduate in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Finance, or a related subject;
- Good command in MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint;
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with a solution-oriented mindset;
- Proficient English language skills (B2 level or higher) required as well as fluent level of Estonian language.

The salary for this position is about 1900 - 2500 EUR gross and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews.
